About Us
Amenities
Among Crested Butte’s original structures, the Kochevar house was built in the late 1800s and has been beautifully restored, reflecting a blend of historic Crested Butte mixed with modern amenities. The chef’s kitchen boasts quality cookware and stainless appliances. With an open flow to the dining and living room, you’ll find a hand-crafted wood table that seats 10.
Rooms
Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, all with hardwood floors. The large South-facing master has a vaulted ceiling and queen bed with views of the original creek side barn and evergreen “bench” above town. Includes a laptop desk for those who need a space to work. High speed internet is provided. There’s also access to a bonus nook for reading, yoga and meditation.
